Each year the artisans at Belleek Pottery create an annual basket based on a theme. This year's Belleek china basket is centered on the village of Mountcharles. A part of the Wild Atlantic Way, the village overlooks Donegal Bay and boasts two gardens that are popular attractions during the summer months. Inspired by a picture, the potters have weaved Irish roses, buddelia (or butterfly bush), and butterflies into one of their famous lattice-work Parian china baskets, which are handcrafted and hand-painted. Limited edition for 2022.
