Where is my order?

  • If you have created an account, you can check your order status by logging into your account and selecting the Order History tab.
  • After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation by email. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking information and estimated arrival date.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Depending on the status of he order, cancellation may be possible. Contact Customer Service at 866-851-7916 for assistance.

If your order has already shipped, returns are accepted for 60 days after purchase. See our Return Policy for more information.

Where can i buy a gift card?

  • Gift cards can be purchased online only. Click here or type gift card in the search field.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.


What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 7-10 days. Priority, 2 Day and Next day shipping are also available on all domestic orders. International shipping times vary depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Veiw our Shipping Policy for more information

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 60 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging. Custom and personalized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. Please see our Return Policy for complete details.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 10-14 days from when we receive the item(s).
